Space Rental

Mifflin Avenue is currently accepting applications for recurring rentals, such as basketball/volleyball groups, exercise classes, meetings, music lessons, office space, classes, dance classes, etc. Weddings can also be held in the church. Contact the church office at or 412-731-2511 for more details or to schedule a visit.

Mifflin Avenue has a variety of rooms available for meetings, community events, classes, and office space. No alcohol, no drugs, and no smoking, including vapor and e-cigarettes. All setup and cleanup is the responsibility of the person or groups using the space. Setup and cleanup time must be included in your calculation of the rental time you will need. See all the rooms available and pricing below.  If you are interested in renting our building, please fill out a request form and someone will contact you. Cancellation received within 2 weeks of the scheduled event will result in a ten per cent withholding of payment.

John Wesley Room including attached kitchen

(Limited accessibility is by chairlift)
The rental rate for the John Wesley room is $40 per hour, with a 2 hour minimum. The John Wesley room seats up to 50 people and is air conditioned.

For gym use, the following rental rates apply:

Sporting Use-$30 per hour for sporting events involving no food.
Event Use-$125 for minimum 3 hours, $25 per each additional hour. Food is permitted and tables and chairs are available for use at no additional charge.  However, an additional charge may be made for groups larger than 75 people.

Gym Kitchen

The rental rate for a one time event is $250 for a 3 Hour Minimum and $50 per each additional hour. For commercial and on going use, pricing and further details are available upon request.


(Accessible by chairlift)
The Sanctuary seats 500+ people and has good acoustics. Pricing and further details are available upon request.

Whitney Room

The rental rate for the Whitney Room is $25 per hour with a 3 hour minimum. The Whitney Room seats up to 30 people. No food is permitted.

Youth Room

The rental rate is $25 per hour. The Youth Room seats up to 25 people. No food is permitted.
